    Once you've placed an order with us, there will be no refunds or cancellations allowed. If you receive any defective products, please refer to our Return & Exchange section. All our little pals are crafted with love and warm hearts.   • What are the payment method?
    We currently only accept PayPal, Stripe, Alipay, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer (contact us) as payment method. 🌻
  • Can I layaway for the dolls?
    We do not accept any layaway program. If you are interested in layaway program, you can still get our little pals with our collaborate proxy service
  • What do I do when received my pals?
    We highly recommend that every customer creates an unboxing video when our little pals arrive. The unboxing video is like a secret weapon to ensure our little pals reach their new homes safely. 🪄 And, if anything cheeky happens, it's our way of a sneak attack on the courier's mischievous side. 🔨🤫 Additionally, they make fantastic show-off videos!😆 Share the cuteness and spread the love in the community!💕
  • What if I received a defective product?
    We accept returns and exchange only in the case of a defective product. Please refer to the "Returned & Exchanged" guide for information on defect returns and exchanges. If you discover any defects, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. To process an exchange or return, we request an unboxing video, as damages may have occurred during shipping. In the event of a defective product, we will guide you through the return process for a replacement of the same item. When returning, ensure all items are delivered as new and unused. If the defect is due to our mistake, we'll cover the return shipping cost. Return shipments without prior consent will not be accepted.
  • How's my little pals doing? When can I receive them?
    Share us your Order Number, and we'll go knock on their door pronto to check on them. 🚪
