Refund & Cancellation
Once you've made the order, there's no refund or cancellation available.
All our little pals are crafted with love and warmful hearts.
So, please take a moment to ponder deeply before bringing them home! 🐾💕
Taxes & Custom Fees
Be aware that you might have to pay customs fees and extra taxes in your country. You are responsible for handling these charges. If you don't pick up the items and they are sent back to us, you agree to pay shipping fees again, plus any additional costs.
If you decide not to have the items shipped again, you won't receive any refunds.
Return & Exchange
To process an exchange or return, we request an unboxing video, as damages may have occurred during shipping.
We accept returns and exchange only in the case of a defective product.
Please refer to the "Returned & Exchanged" guide for information on defect returns and exchanges.
If you discover any defects, please reach out to us within 3days of receiving your order.
When returning, ensure all items are delivered as new and unused. If the defect is due to our mistake, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
If it is determined that the specified requirements are not met, Wanderlust retains the right to decline returns.
