To process an exchange or return, we request an unboxing video, as damages may have occurred during shipping.

When returning, ensure all items are delivered as new and unused.

If the defect is due to our mistake, we'll cover the return shipping cost.

Return shipments without prior consent will not be accepted.

Doll Casting Imperfections

The creation process of the doll is intricate and involves various manual steps, which may result in minor surface imperfections. These imperfections are considered normal and expected, and they do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Examples:

  1. Small dots, fine scratches, and microbubbles.

  2. Slight color differences caused by the removal of casting gates and surface sanding.

  3. Gate marks or parting lines on special skin tones (Tan, Dark Cocoa, Red, etc.).

*It is because it might appear a different color from the surrounding area after sanding and filing off, so we will not do any additional sanding or remove its parting lines.*

Other Unqualified Reasons for Return & Exchange

  • Fail to provide the unboxing video.

  • Damage caused by user carelessness or a change of mind.

  • The goods has been used or its value decreased due to package or product damage upon return.
